Rodger Petch is a parent governor, married with two teenage children and a local vicar in the West Bolton Team with particular responsibility for two churches in the Halliwell Road area, St Paul, Halliwell and St Thomas the Apostle and involved in community groups Halliwell Action for Work Alongside Youth and Halliwell Befriending Service. In his spare he enjoys walking, running, cycling and five-a-side. Sadly he is a Middlesbrough fan!
