Emma Fletcher
Chair of Governors
I am currently the Head of Science at Thornleigh Salesian College and have held this position for two years. Outside of my role in school, I enjoy walking, often with my dog in tow. I have recently taken up the hobby of dressmaking and producing soft furnishing.

Donna Mellett
Donna is a parent governor for Park School whose daughter attends to a pupil. Donna is an advocate for youth inclusion and diversity and has an ambition to work towards improving systems and support for young people. Following a successful career in the corporate world, both in leadership & project management Donna moved into the third sector where she now proudly works for The Children's Society.

Kieron Heyes
Staff Governor
My name is Kieron Heyes, I am a Senior Learning Mentor at Park School. My role consists of delivering art and careers to all our students. My previous employment and training history has involved me achieving a BA Hons Degree in Illustration and a PGCE in Art and Multimedia. I worked as a freelance artist and illustrator as well as an Employability Mentor of young adults. Additionally, I was employed as the Arts and Crafts Coordinator at Bolton Lads and Girls Club for four years. During this time I worked closely with the youth of Bolton assisting them creatively and helping them develop socially and emotionally.

Samantha Rothwell
My name is Sam Rothwell I’m married to Neil and we have 4 children. My son attends Park School, he has social anxiety, autism and selective mutism. My working background is in HGV transportation planning. As a mum with a child with ASD I feel passionate about making a positive change for young people. Championing for a better inclusive educational system, making all young people feel safe, included and supported in their journey into adulthood. Every child is encouraged at Park School to participate in learning at a safe and welcoming environment without prejudice. I truly believe every child has greatness within them.

Victoria Coope
I'm Victoria and I am currently a SEND leader with for Salford LA. I have 11 years of SEND experience, working with schools, services, parents and young people in the regional area. SEND has always been my passion and I am driven to pursuing better outcomes for SEND children. Outside of school, I play rounders and I enjoy football. I am Vice Chair of Chorley Women FC, alongside being a fan of Bolton Wanderers FC.

Priya Patel
I am an experienced counsellor for Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust which is part of the NHS. Previously I worked for Bolton Council managing projects to improve peoples physical and mental health. I am currently working to champion an improvement of the equality, diversity and inclusion strategy in GMMH.

Lucy Stocker
Lucy has been a teacher since 1995 and has worked in Primary Schools and at Cornwall College Camborne before joining CHES ( medical provision academy in Cornwall) in 2008. Lucy started out as an English teacher with CHES and moved on to being the SENCO in 2012, then Vice Principal in 2016 before becoming the Principal at CHES in 2019. She completed the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination in 2014 to help her support SEN pupils within CHES. Lucy is married and enjoys spending time with her family.

Cheryl Wyatt
My name is Cheryl and I am excited to begin my journey with Park School. I have been able to see first-hand how the support Park school provides, has helped some of the children and young people I have worked alongside- indeed, using the service for my own son many years ago. I am passionate about inclusion, and equality in education, and ensuring the needs of all our children, can be met. I look forward to offering my own experiences and skills to Park School, to help the service to continue to thrive for our children.
