At The Bolton Impact Trust and in each of our academies, we are committed to supporting the emotional health and wellbeing of our pupils, staff and whole school communities.
We know that everyone experiences life challenges and anyone may need additional emotional support.
Good mental health allows us to develop the resilience to cope with whatever life throws at us so it is vital we foster environments that recognises the importance of good mental health and provides appropriate advice, guidance and support.
The information contained in these pages aims to support our pupils, staff and families with their own mental health highlighting where you can seek support within the academies and from external agencies as well as strategies to support you in working on your own mental health.
