Just One Thing Projects

A group of children, led by Corey, have started a project called ‘Just One Thing’ to support Urban Outreach and we’re looking for your help!! Urban Outreach assist people and families in our community that need of support in relation to homelessness, health and lack of food. For our project, we are collecting items to donate. Our team of Welcome Ambassadors met Dave Bagley recently and he join us on our Forwards Centre podcast, you can listen to this episode here! Following this conversation, our children create a project called ‘Just One Thing’. We are hoping that members of our school community could support by donating ‘Just One Thing’ to support us. We are looking food items (non-perishable) and toiletries - items such as canned food, pasta etc.. or toiletries such as toothpaste shower gel etc…. We are kindly asking you to see if you could support us by bringing in ‘Just One Thing’ to support those in need. The deadline for collecting items is Friday 26th May 23. If you are able to help, please arrange for your items to be sent to the Turquoise room at the Forwards Centre.
